To ensure efficient and accurate delivery of your Scootboot shipments when using your own DHL account, we kindly request that you include your full name on the same line as your company name when placing orders.
For example:
Correct Format: Jane Smith company name DHL No. 12345890
Including your name assists DHL in verifying the delivery recipient and helps prevent potential delays or return-to-sender issues.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping streamline the delivery process.
Easter Closure Notice
Please note that the
Scootboot office and Warehouse will be closed from Thursday, 18th April, and will reopen on Monday, 22nd April.
We kindly ask that you take this into account when placing orders or requiring support around that time, to avoid any disruptions.
